Do I Need A Video Tour?
While you may not NEED a video tour, these are amazing tools to help showcase your space! (Particularly during these confusing times of Covid-19). I offer social media teasers, roughly 30 seconds, that highlight the best features and entice your viewing audience. The full tour videos give your viewers a complete understanding of the home and how it is laid out without all the complication of the 3D tours. Press play and enjoy a beautiful walk through!
What Can I Expect?
The typical property takes about an hour to shoot. Payment will be due at the beginning of the shoot. When the photographer shows up, you'll give them a brief tour of the home and then they may make minor adjustments (like fix window shades and turn on/off lights). After that, you can sit back, relax, and let them capture the space! After the shoot, you will receive an online gallery of photos that you can download in high resolution or ready for MLS.
